Joshua Wechsler - Founder/Owner
Josh Wechsler’s entrepreneurial journey began at just 16, fueled by a passion for making those around him happy and healthy. He believed, “When you eat well, you feel well,” recognizing the power of good food to unite people and enhance their wellbeing. This led him to start Edibolic Kitchen in 2014, a gourmet meal prep and delivery service focused on providing nutritious, delicious meals to gyms and individuals focused on active lifestyles.
Over time, Josh saw a need to expand beyond the fitness community. He realized that everyone, from busy professionals to families, deserved access to convenient, healthy meals without compromising on quality. This realization, along with a desire to evolve the brand, led to the creation of Honeyplate.
Now, with Honeyplate, Josh continues to pursue his dream of making a positive impact through food. Honeyplate builds on the foundation of Edibolic Kitchen, expanding its reach and refining its focus on providing gourmet, nutritious meals that seamlessly fit into the lives of its clients, helping them feel their best every day. Headquartered in West Haven, Honeyplate serves a wide range of customers along the I-95 corridor and up to Hartford, carrying forward Josh’s commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional quality.

Archibald Wechsler - Director of Barketing
Director of Barketing, Archibald, may work from home, but his impact on our team is undeniable. With a wagging tail and an uncanny ability to sniff out the latest trends, he brings a unique blend of canine charisma and marketing expertise to our virtual meetings. When he’s not busy overseeing photoshoots or sampling new products (from the comfort of his favorite dog bed), Archibald can be found virtually spreading joy and sparking creativity throughout the workplace. He reminds us to appreciate the simple things in life, like a good belly rub or a squeaky toy, and to always approach our work with a playful spirit. Archibald is not just a dog; he’s an integral part of our company culture, and we’re incredibly fortunate to have him on our team, even if it’s from afar!
